Illann Power found in contempt of court in US bankruptcy case
The businessman told the Business Post that he has assets in a family trust that was valued at “an eight-figure sum”
Illann Power, the Irish entrepreneur, has been found in contempt by a Florida bankruptcy court for failing to company with a discovery order, new filings show.
In order to purge the contempt ruling, he has been given 21 days to file the necessary documents and pay $5,000 towards the legal fees of his bankruptcy trustee.
