More than four in five identified housing as the biggest challenge facing enterprises in Dublin, as businesses in the capital across all sectors continue to grapple with recruitment and retention issues.

According to Dublin Chamber’s business outlook survey for the fourth quarter, in excess of three in five businesses have identified attracting and retaining staff as their top priority heading into the new year for the third year running.
