Neale Richmond, Minister of State for Business, Employment and Retail, has said the government is listening and engaging with the needs of small businesses here.

Next year will see the cost of doing business here increase for many firms, with the minimum wage rising, auto-enrolment due to come into force in the second half of 2024, and employee sick days increasing.
