Fingal considers legal action to restore ban on night flights

DAA may be forced to restrict operations at Dublin Airport in peak season

Fingal County Council is considering a legal move to reimpose the enforcement notice restricting Dublin Airport to no more than 65 flights a night.

It leaves open the possibility of DAA, the airport operator, being forced to abide by the planning condition, which had effectively been suspended until a full judicial review hearing in November.
