Financial services ombudsman received record level of complaints in 2023
The head of the FSPO said the figures for last year ‘should be a cause for reflection’ for financial service providers
A record number of complaints were sent to the financial services watchdog last year, up 29 per cent on 2022.
The Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman (FSPO) received 6,182 complaints last year, according to new data released today. The number of complaints closed also rose significantly by 12 per cent to 5,184.
