FBD to further compensate publicans following commercial court ruling

A number of publicans who mounted a landmark test case against FBD over losses stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic and up to 1,000 more businesses with the same insurance policy are to be further compensated by their insurer following a ruling issued by the Commercial Court on their case this morning.
