Competition watchdog gives greenlight to purchase of McCabes Pharmacy by Lloyds
The deal has several conditions attached, which will be enforced by an ‘independent monitoring trustee’
The competition watchdog has given the go ahead for LloydsPharmacy to take over McCabes Pharmacy, in a deal that will merge their operations under the McCabes banner.
The two retail pharmacy chains will now be led by Sharon McCabe, the chief executive of McCabes Pharmacy.
