Family of drowned man will take civil case against Garda Síochána
The family of a young man who drowned in the Dublin docklands ten years ago, after a botched response to 999 and emergency calls, are taking a civil action against An Garda Síochána for what they say are breaches of the European Convention of Human Rights.
