Ten workers are taking a case against the social media giant after viewing distressing material
A former Facebook moderator in Ireland has accused Mark Zuckerberg of trying to minimise the psychological trauma caused to workers who filter out disturbing content on the platform.
Zuckerberg said reporting of the conditions among moderators was “a little over-dramatic” in audio of a staff address leaked last week to the website the Verge.
