Sacked schoolteacher Enoch Burke has made untenable, incoherent, and illogical arguments in his attempt to prevent the holding of a disciplinary appeal hearing, the High Court has heard.
Lawyers for the three members of the disciplinary panel said Burke’s reasoning “strains credulity” and it “simply doesn’t hold together”.
