Eir reports gender pay gap of 5.5% after efforts to recruit women to senior leadership

This is down from 7.18 per cent last year and 11.2 per cent in 2021

The firm has agreed to a series of specific initiatives to further reduce this gap

Eir has halved its gender pay gap in two years, reducing the chasm in earnings between male and female workers from 11.2 per cent in 2021 to 5.5 per cent this year.

The telecom has cited efforts in its strategic focus to increase the representation of women in senior roles and accelerate promotion opportunities within the firm in closing the gap.
