EasyJet reports Q1 loss of £126m, but says summer bookings are ‘positive’

EasyJet has reported a loss before tax of £126 million for the three months ending December 31, down from a loss of £133 million in the same period in 2022.

However, the British low-cost airline said passenger growth was up 14 per cent year-on-year, in what is its quarter one financial reporting period.

Group revenue for the three months was £1.8 billion, up 22 per cent year on year.
