A Dublin-based garda who was suspended from duty two days after he made a complaint about superior officers claims an illegal attempt is being made to reopen disciplinary proceedings against him.

Last May, the High Court ordered that Brian Canavan was to be reinstated at Pearse Street Garda station, two years after his suspension on reduced pay.
