Developer seeks €3.4m from Shapoorji Pallonji for breach of contract

The developer of a 65-unit social housing scheme in Dublin is demanding the immediate repayment of more than €3.4 million from its main building contractor on the project after the firm “ceased all works” earlier this year, leaving the development only 70 per cent complete.
