Rivada paid Ganley's wife to avoid businessman's creditor, court told

Former business partner claims past bank records that showed several payments to Irish businessman’s wife Delia

A New York private equity investor suing Declan Ganley over an estimated $19.5 million debt has claimed that his company Rivada has made “substantial direct payments” to his wife Delia in order to put them beyond the reach of Ganley’s creditor.

David Shuman, who has been locked in bitter litigation with Ganley for the last three years, has also written to the board of Rivada asking them not to allow any further transfers.
