Declan Ganley, the founder of telecoms company Rivada, is embroiled in a complex legal row to retrieve a chunk of shares that were collateral in a $9 million (€8.29m) debt deal.
Ganley is suing a former business partner, David Shuman, and his former attorney, Sean Tracey, in a Texas court in order to regain control of the shares.
