Move comes as Rivada founder is ordered to hand over Galway pub by judge in New York

Declan Ganley, the founder of telecommunications company Rivada, has accused a former business partner of fraud and extortion in a legal battle over Rivada stock, new court filings show.

It comes as a judge in New York has ordered Ganley to turn over a pub in Galway he planned to reopen as the Edmund Burke Pub, as well as four acres of farmland and a number of cars and tractors.
