Dalata exec pay rises over 75% thanks to bonus payouts

Dermot Crowley, the chief executive of Dalata, Ireland’s largest hotel group, saw his pay increase over 75 per cent in 2023, thanks to bonuses.

Crowley received €2.1 million in 2023, up from €1.2 million the previous year. Last year 67 per cent of his remuneration came from variable pay, with a €945,000 bonus and €445,000 from his long-term incentive plan.
