DAA ordered to restrict night-time flights from Dublin Airport

Fingal County Council has ordered the Daa, the operator of Dublin Airport, to restrict the number of night-time flights operating from its new runway, after it found that the airport authority had breached its planning permission conditions.

The airport operator now has six weeks to cut the average number of night-time flights at the airport - those between 11pm and 7am - to 65 or less per night.
