Commercial property investments up 10% to €933m
Buyers from the United States represented the largest share of active market participants
Commercial property investment deals increased 10 per cent year-on-year in the first three months of 2023.
A total of €933 million worth of investment transactions took place in quarter one this year, according to figures from Savills. This was also 19.4 per cent ahead of the five year average.
