European Green Transition (EGT), the Cathal Friel led company focused on the exploration of rare metals needed for Europe’s green energy transition, has raised over £6 million (€7 million) from investors.

The company announced its intention to go public on the London Stock Exchange earlier this month.

On Thursday EGT announced its proposed admission to trading on AIM London and its successful placing and subscription, conditional on admission, of 64,495,890 new ordinary shares of £0.0025 ...
