Cathal Friel green metals firm debuts on London Stock Exchange

Company has a market capitalisation of almost €17 million

European Green Transition (EGT), the Cathal Friel-led company focused on the exploration of rare metals needed for Europe’s green energy transition, has entered the London stock exchange.

EGT started trading on AIM at 10p per share at 8am this morning. With 144,620,892 shares in issue, it has a market capitalisation of £14.5 million (€16.9 million).

The listing follows a £6 million fundraising in March, which the company will use for “capital-efficient” development programmes and acquisitions.
