Corrib gas operator seeks €100m refund in row over ‘unlawful’ windfall energy tax

Shareholders of the state’s only operating gas field have sought a nearly €100 million tax refund as part of a lawsuit which alleges that domestic legislation is unlawful, the High Court has been told.
