Enoch Burke may be liable for up to €50,000 in legal costs to date as part of an ongoing dispute with his school which resulted in him being jailed for contempt of court, the Business Post understands.

A High Court judge ordered the teacher to pay the costs of the interlocutory injunction sought by Wilson’s Hospital School in Co Westmeath earlier this month.
