Barryroe blames Eamon Ryan for cancellation of plans to raise up to €20 million

The firm had announced plans to raise the capital in April, but said a move by Minister for the Environment has stymied it

Barryroe Offshore Energy has cancelled its plans to raise working capital of up to €20 million. The company, previously known as Providence Resources, had announced plans to raise the capital in April.
