Barryroe adjourns EGM following petition to have examiner appointed

Barryroe Offshore Energy has adjourned its EGM, which was due to take place today, after beef baron Larry Goodman filed a petition on Friday with the High Court to have an examiner appointed to the oil explorer.

Goodman’s Vevan Unlimited’s petition will be heard by Mr Justice Michael Quinn on July 31. Vevan is Barryroe’s biggest shareholder.
