Apple’s Irish subsidiary pays $92.9bn dividends after recording $38.6bn profit

Profits at Apple’s main Irish subsidiary jumped to $38.6 billion last year, as against $21 billion in 2022, newly filed accounts show.
Apple Operations International, which covers the majority of the tech giant’s international business, recorded net sales of $218 billion in 2022, down 1.8 per cent versus the $222.7 billion reported a year earlier. Gross margin was slightly higher than the previous year at 45 per cent compared to 43.3 per cent in 2023.
