Apartment completions fall almost 20% compared to same period last year

The number of new apartments completed in Ireland fell by almost 20 per cent in the second quarter of this year compared to the same period in 2022, new data from the Central Statistics Office (CSO) shows.

Between April and June, a total of 1,897 apartments were completed compared to 2,339 in the same period last year, representing an 18.9 per cent decrease.
