AirNav to pay state dividend as profits increase to almost €16 million

Air traffic grew by 14.3 per cent in 2023 as the aviation sector continues its post-pandemic recovery

AirNav Ireland is to pay a €4.5 million dividend to the state after it increased profits after tax to almost €16 million in 2023, up from €9.8 million in 2022.

The semi-state air traffic management services company operates at Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports, as well as air space covering 455,0000 square kilometres.

Turnover increased by 5 per cent to €194.5 million in 2023 from €185 million in 2022, as the aviation sector continued its post-pandemic recovery.
