RTÉ sells prime 9-acre site to Cairn Homes for over €107 million
Deal is well over initial guide price of €75m guide for Donnybrook campus
RTÉ has today confirmed it is to sell around nine acres of land at its Donnybrook campus to Cairn Homes for €107.5m.
The agreed sale price for the land on the Donnybrook campus is well in excess of the original guide price of €75 million.
Cairn Homes, which is listed on the London stock market, said it was "prime site in a unique location which has strong potential for apartment development".
Thecompany is planning to develop up to 500 apartments and nine houses with the transaction is expected to close during July.
