Making it Work: Aesthetics business aims to get the expansion formula right

Le Formulaire, a Dublin-based aesthetics business, will add an extra seven staff by the end of 2025 as it expands its service offering beyond cosmetic treatments to include physio and psychology treatments.

The business was started by Dr Emma Fanning last year and currently has three staff. Fanning has invested €150,000 into the business to date.

“It’s doctor-led, and founded with the principle that we are here to guide our patients on a skin health journey throughout their lives. That involves a combination of scientific and evidence-based methods, applied with an artistic approach,” Fanning told the Business Post.
