The Taoiseach does not have much of an EU network and has his work cut out for him with elections looming
Taoiseach Simon Harris’s to-do list in Brussels and Warsaw this week was short and to the point: meet “everyone”.
His visit was organised as a statement of intent about Ireland’s ties with Europe.
