From a single pitch in Dublin’s George’s Street Arcade to eight outlets and counting, Lolly Strahan of Lolly & Cooks has nourished a food brand from its bare bones. She tells Jessie Collins why she still feels like an unwitting entrepreneur

There’s a story written on the side of Lolly & Cooks’ Merrion Street café, which recounts the creation of the ‘Savage Roll’.
