I’d never really experienced that desire that many people have to up sticks, leave the rat race behind and move to the coast - until I visited Strandhill. Just one day spent in this Sligo seaside village was enough to trigger fantasies of a new life involving daily walks along the Atlantic shore, seaweed baths in Voya and gorgeous food in Shells.
