Clodagh McKenna has just had her first holiday in five years. It is part of an increasingly balanced approach to her work that she says has particularly taken hold since she entered her fifth decade (she’s now 43). “I definitely don’t work 24-7 any more,” she tells me on the phone from her home in London, where she has been based since 2015.
