A trip to the supermarket is one of the highlights on my day, and it’s one I’m not planning to relinquish

I was listening to a radio item recently about supermarkets, and how just five per cent of Ireland’s grocery shopping is done online. During the pandemic, this rate rose to between 10 and 15 per cent but once we were past social distancing and infection fears, it fell right back to near pre-Covid levels.
