America has a new favourite poet Billy Corgan, the former vocalist with Smashing Pumpkins. Corgan's poetry volume, Blinking With Fists, has risen to No 24 on the New York Times list. Corgan's fame may have bought him sales, but critics are also finding favour with his work.
