As 28 ministers prepare to travel the world for St Patrick's Day celebrations, the greening of the globe still has its detractors at home, writes Michael Brennan.
Tanaiste Eamon Gilmore's department has already been sending out instructions to staff in embassies abroad for the forthcoming St Patrick's Day visits.
