Teachers face having their sick leave slashed

Sick leave entitlements of primary and secondary school teachers are to be slashed from 365 days over four years to a maximum of 183 days.

Sick leave entitlements of primary and secondary school teachers are to be slashed from 365 days over four years to a maximum of 183 days over four years following a directive issued by the Department of Education, bringing them into line with those of other public servants.
