Retail park investment

DTZ Sherry FitzGerald has been appointed to handle the sale of the Royal Liver retail park on the Naas Road in west Dublin. The 8-acre site has more than 10,000 square metres of retail warehousing space, and is expected to sell for more than €45 million.

Tenants include Homebase, Reid Furniture, Harry Corry, Carpetright, Atlantic Homecare and Bargaintown. The agent believes there is room for redevelopment and possibly further development.
