New scheme of apartments in Leopardstown

Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is taking bookings today for the first phase of units in a new development on Ballyogan Road in Leopardstown, south Dublin.

When complete, Elmfield will include 200 one, two and three-bedroom apartments located directly opposite the new Luas stop at the Gallops, which is due to become operational in mid-2010.

Prices start at €320,000 for a one-bedroom apartment with 53 square metres of accommodation.
