Kingspan to splash €100m on acquisitions

Building products business Kingspan is eyeing up acquisitions worth approximately €100million in the near future, according to reliable sources.

The Cavan group is believed to be in talks to buy the Hytherm Group, a manufacturer of expanded polystyrene insulation systems for walls, flooring and roofs. Hytherm is based in Navan, Co Meath. Its founder Eoghan Hynes could not be contacted this weekend.
