Five-star Adare Manor to be sold

The five-star Co Limerick golf resort Adare Manor, whose past guests include Bill Clinton and Catherine Zeta Jones, is to be put on the market within the next fortnight.

Real estate adviser CBRE is set to be appointed to conduct a sales process with a price tag north of €10 million, The Sunday Business Post has learned. CBRE’s hotel sales division declined to comment.
