Ballymore bids for Chelsea Barracks site

Derek Quinlan and Sean Mulryan’s Ballymore Properties is understood to be among the bidders for the 13-acre Chelsea Barracks site in London.

However, reports from London suggest that they face competition to secure the site from the US Embassy, the Dubai-based firm Emaar Properties and the American developers Hines and Westbrook Partners, among others.
