The European Commission and European Parliament’s post-Covid recovery plan was broadly welcomed by the business community, with the tech sector in particular seeing opportunity arise out of disruption. The €750 billion NextGenerationEU recovery fund is intended to help rebuild a Europe that will be “greener, more digital, more resilient and a better fit for the current and forthcoming challenges”.
