The latest Mexican-style restaurant to open in the Zambrero franchise operation has just been opened in Maynooth by Paul Burnell. Zambrero, which has a turnover of more than €1.5 million, was announced as food and beverage franchise of the year at the Irish Franchise Association Awards.
