Webprint bought back by founder O’Doherty

There has been a management buyout of Cork-based printing company Webprint.

Sunrise Media sold Adenium Limited, trading as Webprint, to the company’s managing director and founder, Donagh O’Doherty.

Webprint was acquired in 2015 by Sunrise Media’s parent company, Key Capital, as part of a restructuring of its debt facilities. O’Doherty said he was delighted to have the opportunity to regain ownership of Webprint.
