Voiceover agency founder tones up procurement firm

A talk given by US entrepreneur James Cohen in Las Vegas a few years ago became the genesis of Irishman James Kennedy’s Meath-based venture, ProcurementExpress.

“He talked about the attributes of the ideal bootstrapped software business,” said Kennedy.

“He said you should look for customers with a recurring pain. If you’re selling into the finance department, that’s good, because they control the purse strings.”
