Swrve acquires Dublin start-up for undisclosed sum

Swrve, the Irish-founded mobile marketing automation firm which raised $10 million last year, has acquired Dublin-based startup Converser.

Swrve did not disclose how much it paid for Converser, which has developed an innovative way to help brands communicate with their app users. Converser’s clients include Future Publishing, which publishes popular print and digital titles like T3, Gizmodo and Total Film.
