Concern continues to be expressed about the prospects for Irish agrifood exports, with cheese the latest product to come under scrutiny.

Ireland supplies about a third of Britain’s cheddar. Due to this overdependence, leading Irish manufacturers, including Glanbia, are now diversifying by switching to mozzarella production, based on fears of a no-deal Brexit.
